Here’s How it Works:

Sign up for Monthly Charges. The day you register or sign up, your first month will be prorated so you won’t be charged for the entire month if you don’t purchase it on the first day of the month.

The UNLIMITED WASH CLUB makes it easy to always have a clean car. For a low monthly fee, you can enjoy one of these two options:

1. $19.99 Unlimited Plus Wash: Wash, Dry, Spot Free Rinse, Wheel and Tire Cleaner, Free vacuum.
2. $29.99 Unlimited Superior Wash: (The Works) Wash, Dry, Spot Free Rinse, Wheel and Tire Cleaner, Undercarriage, Sealer Wax, Clear Coat Protectant, Triple Foam Polish, Tire Shine, Rain-X, Free Vacuum.

Signing up for the Unlimited Wash Club is simple, convenient, and easy AND using the pass, gets you through the wash fast.

Membership Terms and Conditions:

• Unlimited Car Wash Club provides unlimited car washes in each month membership is renewed.
• Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program from time to time as it deems necessary.
• Membership can be canceled at any time. No re funds or credits will be given for partial periods.
• Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at time of wash.
• Only the car listed on this form is eligible for the program and must have a Bear 3-Minute Express RFID tag affirmed to the vehicle. Damaged RFID tags should be reported to Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag and keep it from operating. The member will be charged for the tag replacement. Member must notify Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership.
• By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club program, I agree that the credit card provided can be charged $19.99 per month for the Unlimited Plus Wash or $29.99 for the Unlimited Superior Wash (The Works).
• I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
   

Payment

Until the Unlimited Wash membership is cancelled in writing, I agree that for each subsequent month, Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash may charge my credit card on the Subscription Date each month. Should I decide to change my Unlimited Club Plan from one plan to another, the charge to my credit card will be adjusted according to the plan I selected.

In the event that my credit card expires or its use is otherwise limited by the issuer and Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash Shine is unable to charge the credit card in accordance with these payment terms, I will promptly either renew the credit card or provide Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash with an alternate credit card; and if I do not, I agree Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash may deactivate my Unlimited Wash Tag. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.

Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash will not be held responsible in cases where the car wash is closed for whatever reason. Reasons may include but are not limited to weather, holiday, or equipment malfunction/renovation.

Eligibility

Only personal vehicles are eligible for this program. Business vehicles may be eligible to participate in our Commercial Fleet Wash Program. Please ask about our Commercial Fleet Program if you are a business desiring multiple washes per month.

Changes to Subscription

Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the Pricing and/or Terms of the Unlimited Wash program at any time upon notice; or to cancel the membership evidenced by this Subscription Agreement at any time upon notice.

Cancellation by Subscriber

I understand that, at any time, I may cancel my Unlimited Wash Subscription. I agree that I must do so in writing to:

Upon receipt of my written cancellation notice, I understand that Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash will deactivate my Unlimited Wash Tag and no proration of my final month’s payment will be made.

Tag Installation and Removal

My Unlimited Wash Tag will be installed by Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash staff. The tag will be placed inside the vehicle’s front windshield. Should I ever decide to cancel my membership, I agree to remove the RFID Unlimited Wash Tag from my car.

Tag Replacement

I acknowledge that removal of the tag or damage to it is likely to make it non-functional. If this tag is removed or damaged, Bear 3-Minute Express Car Wash will provide and install a replacement at a cost of five dollars ($5.00) provided the subscription is paid through the following month.
