We are happy to team up with your organization within our community to raise funds for your group, association, institute, or congregation. Simply contact Bear Express or Royal Shine Express Car Wash and explain your fund raising request by using the contact information below and we will design a voucher/coupon with your organization’s information on it.

We provide two methods of fundraising:

Vouchers/Coupons
We will provide your organization with personalized vouchers to distribute to your members. Your organization’s members will simply bring in your voucher/coupon, enter your group’s assigned number into the Automatic Pay Station and your organization will receive $2 for every $12 wash and $1 for every $9 wash purchased by your members. We will then send your organization a check each month you are signed up for the program.

Your members will want to give your vouchers/coupons to your friends, relatives, and neighbors because the amount of money raised is up to your organization because the more people who are given your vouchers/coupons, the more money we will donate to your cause.

Pre-sell Gift Cars and how much you can earn.
Earn 20% commission on every gift card you sell
Simply take our premade forms, have your prospects fill out the form in its entirety, and collect the money for the prepaid Gift Cards.

Bring the form back to us, with the money and we will provide you with the gift card and envelope with his/her name on the envelope.

Program restriction:
Gift cards may NOT be sold on the premises of Bear Express Car Wash or Royal Shine Express Car Wash.
